LEMON BALM
LEMON BALM has been cultivated for over 2000 years and prized for its anti-anxiety, relaxing and mood-enhancing properties. Lemon Balm is a member of the mint family. Like many of the mints, it improves appetite and palatability. The Lemon Balm we use is, of course, certified Organic and like all of the herbs we use it has significant anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects for general system support although its most important role in GGGOOD2GO™ is as a non-sedating calmer.
