OUR DELIVERIES

We use Parcelforce and Royal Mail for all of our FREE and expedited delivery services. This gives our customers all the benefits of comprehensive, high quality, reliable services and a support infrastructure of over 11,000 local Post Offices.

 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Our free weekday delivery service is dispatched the next working day, Royal Mail for small packages and Parcelforce for larger parcels. You should receive your order the next working day after that e.g. Order Monday get Wednesday or Order Friday get Tuesday etc.

If you order before 12 noon you can pay extra to get it faster. For more information, qualifications and exceptions read on......

FREE DELIVERY

Provided you place your order before 9pm your goods will be dispatched the next working day and delivered to you the next working day after that. See below for exceptions (EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES & AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES).

We fully expect to dispatch the following day and will attempt to contact you if this is not for whatever reason possible. This should not be taken as a guarantee. As this is a free service  we also offer no compensation for delays to your parcel in transit.

 

EXPEDITED SERVICES

We can offer various next day services for an additional fee. Just select your chosen option during the check out process in the SHIPPING METHOD section. For the availability of these services to your area check out the "EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES & AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES" section below. Some geographically remote areas may not support next day deliveries.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE EXPEDITED SERVICES NEED TO BE ORDERED BEFORE 12 noon ON A WEEKDAY IN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT WORKING DAY. ORDERS PLACED ON A FRIDAY BEFORE 12 noon CAN BE DELIVERED ON THE SATURDAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

If you choose an expedited service before 12 noon on a weekday, we guarantee to supply your order to Parcelforce to meet their 24 hour delivery service. If your parcel is not delivered within the stated timecale, we will refund the cost of any additional postage paid for the expedited service. Refund does not apply in the case of parcels for which a delivery has been attempted within the stated timescale.


EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES & AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

For some remote areas, deliveries will take longer and some of the expedited services might not be available (you probably know this already if you are in one of those areas!) If you are not sure, please check this useful Parcelforce Worldwide Guide.

 

If in doubt, try an order using the FREE DELIVERY method. If this arrives within the allotted time, the expedited services are probably also available for future orders. Alternatively give Parcelforce Customer Service team a call on 0344 800 4466 in the UK. Calls are charged at local rate.
