RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you make a mistake when ordering, or simply change your mind, let us know and provided your order has not been dispatched we will be happy to cancel it and refund you immediately.
If your order is damaged on arrival, contact us straight away so we can arrange collection and replacement, or a refund. Please photograph the package and product to indicate the damage and forward the images to us so that we can pass them on to our courier.

You need to do this within two weeks of your receipt of the product. Once received we will refund the card used for the purchase. This offer does not include any expedited postage which may have been paid nor does it include the cost of the return postage to us.
