RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you make a mistake when ordering, or simply change your mind, let us know and provided your order has not been dispatched we will be happy to cancel it and refund you immediately.
If your order is damaged on arrival, contact us straight away so we can arrange collection and replacement, or a refund. Please photograph the package and product to indicate the damage and forward the images to us so that we can pass them on to our courier.
If you have simply changed your mind and the product is unopened let us know and we will make arrangements for the product to be collected and returned to us and will provide a full refund.
If you are in any way unhappy with the product simply let us know why and we will make arrangements for it to be collected and offer a full refund. A 30 day limit applies to this offer.
