If your order is damaged on arrival, contact us straight away so we can arrange collection and replacement, or a refund. Please photograph the package and product to indicate the damage.

You need to do this within two weeks of your receipt of the product. Once received we will refund the card used for the purchase. This offer does not include any expedited postage which may have been paid nor does it include the cost of the return postage to us.
