If you have a complaint, please advise us in writing, by email is quickest at info@horseward.co.uk.

Please include in your communication the reason for the complaint and any supporting photographs or documentation.

We respond to complaints within 2 working days. If we can’t reply to you within this timescale, we will advise you of this give you an idea of when you can expect a reply.

All complaints will be kept on file.
