PRODUCT RECALL

It is possible, albeit unlikely, that we may be advised by our suppliers that there is an issue with one of our ingredients. If this happens we will initiate a product recall which will include all of our products which contained this ingredient from the relevant batch. We also retain part of every product we supply for testing by an independent laboratory in the event of there being a possible issue identified by a customer.

We shall respond quickly and decisively in any event where a recall has been deemed necessary. We will defer where necessary to the regulatory authorities but our provisional procedure in this unlikely event will be as follows:
 

  • We will contact you initially by SMS and/or email.
  • In the event of there being no response we will call you directly and advise you of the product recall and the steps that need to be followed.
  • You are likely to be asked to either dispose of the product or to package it up for collection to be organised and paid for by us.
  • You will be offered a full refund to include any additional postage costs you paid or an immediate expedited replacement.
